Creo que es una de las imágenes más impactantes que he creado.
Inicialmente, quería transmitir esa sensación (buena o mala) de presión en el corazón por muy diferentes sentimientos (amor, desamor, nostalgia…).
¿Alguna vez te has sentido así?
Sin embargo, durante la pandemia, La Cruz Roja Española solicitó la cesión de ilustraciones por partes de artistas, con la finalidad de incentivar las donaciones de sangre que tanto habían caído por el confinamiento…
La vi perfecta para esta causa y añadí este texto: «Vidas que laten gracias a la sangre que corre por tus venas».

I think it's one of the most striking images I've ever created.
Initially, I wanted to convey that feeling (good or bad) of pressure in the heart due to very different feelings (love, heartbreak, nostalgia…).

However, during the pandemic, the Spanish Red Cross requested the transfer of illustrations by parts of artists, in order to encourage blood donations that had fallen so much due to confinement...
I saw it as perfect for this cause and I added this text: "Lives that beat thanks to the blood that runs through your veins."
